    TERMS OF SERVICE - SHIPPING | DELIVERIES

     

    · For our ready-to-wear pieces, we aim to dispatch most orders within 7-14 working days, or sooner, subject to customer specifications, stock availability, and once your order is placed. The production of made-to-order outfits takes between 14-28 working days. The production of couture outfits takes between 4-12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Shipping time is not factored into the production time.

    • Made-to-order outfits are not ready-made and will require all necessary details to be finalized before placing your order. The exact design will be made in the exact fabric as seen on our page unless stated otherwise.
    • Couture outfits will require all necessary details to be extensively discussed and finalized before proceeding with their creation.

    Delivery within Canada is expected within 1-5 working days after production, and 5-7 working days after production for international clients. Please only make plans for the outfit once it has arrived at your doorstep. Ensure you provide an address where someone can pick up your package at any time during the day, as the exact moment the delivery company will arrive at your location cannot be predicted unless otherwise specified. If, for any reason, delivery is refused or the delivery company is unable to make the scheduled time after several attempts, your item will be returned to Honeysprings Adeola, and you will be charged for unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs.

    TERMS OF EXCHANGE - REFUND | RETURNS

     

    · Kindly note that the outfits, as seen, follow our sizing guide. Please review our size guide to ensure a perfect fit for all your outfits before making a purchase.

    • If for any reason your purchased item does not fit well, please email us at orders@honeyspringsadeola.com, citing your order/invoice number and the sizing issue within 3 days of receiving your purchased item. We offer the option of an exchange for the full price of the item purchased. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
    • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item/order, there is an option for exchange for unused items.

    Purchased items must not be torn, altered, or washed and must have the original packaging still attached. Otherwise, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

    DAMAGED GOODS

     

    · We value our customers and ensure that we are very thorough in checking all items before sending them out. If you do receive a damaged item, kindly let us know immediately upon receiving your package by email at orders@honeyspringsadeola.com, citing your order/invoice number, a detailed description of the damage, and an image. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.

     

    Returned items will be inspected, and we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and communicate the new estimated dispatch date of the replacement. There will be no shipping fee for the new item. Please note that if the item is not available in stock, we will provide a credit note that can be used on www.honeyspringsadeola.com.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

     

    Once you place an order online, it becomes final. We do not offer cancellations.
