TERMS OF SERVICE - SHIPPING | DELIVERIES
Ready-to-Wear
We aim to dispatch most ready-to-wear orders within 7–14 working days, or sooner, depending on customer specifications, stock availability, and once your order is confirmed.
Made-to-Order
Production for made-to-order outfits takes 4 - 6 weeks.
These garments are not ready-made and will require all necessary design and measurement details to be finalized before production begins.
Each outfit will be produced in the exact design and fabric shown on our page, unless otherwise discussed and agreed.Couture (Bespoke) Production Timelines
Production timelines vary depending on the type of gown:
- Bespoke bridal gowns typically require 6 to 10 months
- Bespoke reception, evening, or special occasion gowns require 2 to 6 months
All design details must be extensively discussed and finalized prior to starting production.
For tighter timelines, a rush fee will apply depending on the delivery deadline and garment complexity.Shipping & Delivery
- Within Canada: Estimated delivery is 1–10 working days after production is completed
- International: Estimated delivery is 7–15 working days after production is completed
Please do not make event plans based on your order until the outfit has been successfully delivered and received.
Kindly ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available during the day to receive the package. Delivery companies cannot guarantee specific arrival times unless otherwise arranged.
If delivery is refused or if the courier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, the item will be returned to Honeysprings Adeola, and you will be responsible for any unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping fees incurred.
TERMS OF EXCHANGE - REFUND | RETURNS
Kindly note that the outfits, as seen, follow our sizing guide. Please review our size guide to ensure a perfect fit for all your outfits before making a purchase.
- If for any reason your purchased item does not fit well, please email us at orders@honeyspringsadeola.com, citing your order/invoice number and the sizing issue within 3 days of receiving your purchased item. We offer the option of an exchange for the full price of the item purchased. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item/order, there is an option for exchange for unused items.
Purchased items must not be torn, altered, or washed and must have the original packaging still attached. Otherwise, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
DAMAGED GOODS
We value our customers and ensure that we are very thorough in checking all items before sending them out. If you do receive a damaged item, kindly let us know immediately upon receiving your package by email at orders@honeyspringsadeola.com, citing your order/invoice number, a detailed description of the damage, and an image. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.
Returned items will be inspected, and we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and communicate the new estimated dispatch date of the replacement. There will be no shipping fee for the new item. Please note that if the item is not available in stock, we will provide a credit note that can be used on www.honeyspringsadeola.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you place an order online, it becomes final. We do not offer cancellations.
